A 40-year-old man from Phelan was arrested on suspicion of stealing over $3,000 value of chain hyperlink fencing, Victor Valley Sheriff’s officers reported.
Robert Osborne Jr. was arrested with out incident on Saturday and booked on the Excessive Desert Detention Middle in Adelanto, reserving data present.
Osborne, who was launched the next day, is scheduled to look in courtroom on July 28, sheriff’s officers stated.
Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station officers reported that at 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to a residence within the 14000 block of Ailanthus Avenue in Phelan relating to the theft of fencing.
The sufferer discovered that roughly 15 rolls of 50-foot size fencing that he bought had been stolen off his property. The worth of the fencing was estimated at $3,250.00.
After Deputy C. Lajuj recognized the suspect as Osborne, the deputy drove to the suspect’s residence within the 14000 block of Campanula Street in Phelan, the sheriff’s report stated.
Upon arrival, Lajuj found seven rolls of the stolen chain hyperlink fence hidden behind timber on the property. A number of the rolls of fencing nonetheless had the shop barcodes affixed to them.
